n <br /> KLE/NFELDER <br /> eM���W._aMewwrron. <br /> • Section 3, Site Description, is a compilation of information concerning the Site location, <br /> legal description, current and proposed use of the Site, a description of structures and <br /> improvements on the Site at the time of Kleinfelder's assessment, and adjoining <br /> property use. <br /> • Section 4, Records Review, is a compilation of Kleinfelder's review of several <br /> databases available from Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies regarding <br /> hazardous substance use, storage, or disposal at the Site; and for offsite facilities within <br /> the search distances specified in the ASTM Standard. Records provided by the Client <br /> are summarized and copies of relevant documents are included in the appendices of <br /> this report. Physical setting sources (including topography and soil and groundwater <br /> conditions) and typical Client-provided information (e.g., title records, environmental <br /> liens, specialized knowledge, valuation reduction for environmental issues, and owner, <br /> property manager, and occupant information) are also summarized in this section. Other <br /> interviews with people knowledgeable about the Site (including the Client) are included <br /> in Section 7. <br /> • Section 5, History of the Site, summarizes the history of the Site and adjoining <br /> properties. This Site history is based on various sources, which may include a review of <br /> historical aerial photographs, Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps, city or suburban directories, <br /> historical topographic maps, building department records, and results of previous Site <br /> assessments (if any and reasonably ascertainable). <br /> • Section 6, Site Reconnaissance, describes Kleinfelder's observations during the Site <br /> reconnaissance. The methodology used and limiting conditions, are described. <br /> • Section 7, Interviews, is a summary of telephone and personal interviews performed <br /> with "Key Site Managers' that may include the Site owner/manager, occupants/tenants, <br /> local government officials, and the Client.
