The Site location is shown on Figure 1. Tables 3-1 through 3-4 <br /> summarize the physical characteristics of the Site and adjoining properties. <br /> 3.1 LOCATION AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> The information presented in Table 3-1 includes the physical location and legal description of <br /> the Site. This information was obtained from review of various maps (such as topographic maps <br /> and tax assessor maps), aerial photographs, public records at City and/or County offices, <br /> interviews, and/or information provided by the Client. <br /> Table 3-1 <br /> Location and Legal Description <br /> Parameter Information/Comments <br /> LOCATION The Site is located east of the intersection of Harlan Road and <br /> Transportation Court,just east of the Interstate 5 freeway(1-5) in San <br /> Joaquin County, California (see Figures 1 and 2). <br /> ASSESSOR'S PARCEL The Site consists of approximately 18 acres of a larger parcel of land <br /> NUMBER identified by the San Joaquin Assessor as APN 123-270-18. <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION The legal description of the larger parcel was not provided to <br /> Kleinfelder. <br /> ADDRESS(ES) The addresses associated with the Site include 101 East <br /> Transportation Court and 10182 South Harlan Road (Parcel 1), and <br /> 161 East Transportation Court(Parcel 3). <br /> SECTION, TOWNSHIP, AND Township 1 South, Range 6 East, Section 11, Mt.
