Parcel 3 is <br /> developed with a vacant truck shop building, but the parcel is being used <br /> for truck hauling (parking) purposes. <br /> PROPOSED USE The proposed use (truck shop/repair)will remain the same. <br /> 3.3 DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURES / IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Structures and/or improvements observed on the Site at the time of Kleinfelder's Site <br /> reconnaissance are described in Table 3-3. <br /> Table 3-3 <br /> Structures / Improvements <br /> Parameter General Observations <br /> STRUCTURES A 39,694 square-foot, one-story truck shop building is located on Parcel 1. <br /> Parcel 3 is developed with a 15,695 square-foot, one-story truck shop <br /> building. <br /> IMPROVEMENTS Parcel 1 is improved with asphalt-paved parking areas, an interceptor, <br /> and septic tank/leach field. <br /> Parcel 3 consists of asphalt-paved parking areas, gravel truck parking <br /> areas, and an unused fueling area covered by a canopy. <br /> 3.4 CURRENT USES OF ADJOINING PROPERTIES <br /> Kleinfelder performed a brief drive-by survey of the properties adjoining the Site on October 28, <br /> 2016.
