1 KLE/NF-ELDER
Table 3-4
Adjoining Properties
Direction Land Use Description
NORTH A vacant lot and a paved truck parking area adjoin the two Site parcels to the north.
EAST Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) railroad tracks, McKinley Avenue and rural
residential area. The railroad tracks and associated ballast material are located
approximately 60 feet from the eastern Site boundary.
SOUTH A portion of the larger parcel (Parcel 2), which does not include the Site, adjoins the
Site to the south. This parcel is under construction for a new truck shop building for
Parcel 1. A shared offsite storm water retention basin and Granite Construction yard
adjoin the Site to the south.
WEST Harlan Road adjoins the Site to the west, beyond which is I-5 and land used for
agricultural purposes.
Hazardous materials and petroleum products were not readily apparent during the off-Site
survey to be stored on the properties adjoining to the Site. No other indications of obvious or
suspect RECs were apparent on the adjoining properties at the time of Kleinfelder's Site
reconnaissance.
20172543.001A/STO16R49461 Page 13 of 54 November 2, 2016
©2016 Kleinfelder w .kleinfelder.com
