LK E/NFEL DER
/wynrnoprn nynruwm,.
4.2.3 Orphan List
Sites not plotted by EDR due to poor or inadequate address information are referred to as
orphan sites. Four unmapped orphan sites are listed in the EDR report. The orphan
summary/unmapped site report was reviewed to assess the potential for listed facilities to pose
a REC to the Site. Based on our review, these listings were assessed not to pose an
environmental concern to the Site.
4.3 OTHER RECORDS REVIEWED/AGENCIES CONTACTED
The following additional sources of environmental records were reviewed during this Phase I
ESA for the purposes of meeting the ASTM Standard. Local regulatory agencies were
contacted for reasonably ascertainable and practically reviewable documentation regarding
RECs present at the Site and adjoining facilities. Summaries of interviews with local regulatory
agency representatives are included in Section 7 of this report (with interview documentation
included in Appendix C). The following agencies (if marked with an "X") were contacted for
documentation either in person, via telephone, or via online databases:
® State of California, Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)
® San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District
® San Joaquin County Building Inspection Division
® San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD)
® Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), National Pipeline
Mapping System (NPMS)
® Department of Toxic Substances Control / EnviroStor
® State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) / Central Valley Regional Water
Quality Control Board (RWQCB)
Information from these agencies is presented below.
20172543.001A/ST016R49461 Page 20 of 54 November 2, 2016
wvna. ieinfelder.com
©2016 Kleinfelder
