1 KLE/NFELOER
/e..yn.rW..w+snsowmm.
Table 5-2 (continued)
Historical Aerial Photographs Reviewed
YEAR APPROXIMATE
SCALE SUMMARY
Site: The Site appeared as agricultural land with several unimproved
roads passing through it, although the row crops were not as
1993 1"=500' prominent, or it was vacant.
Surrounding Area: Surrounding properties appeared generally the
same as on the 1975 and 1982 aerial photographs.
Site: The Site appeared to be developed with the existing Site
buildings. However, a small shed-like structure (or canopy) was
apparent on the northeastern corner of the Site (Parcel 3), and
approximately eight ASTs were apparent on the eastern portion of the
Site, at the present-day location of the fueling area. Another structure
was apparent on the western portion of Parcel 3, just east of the cul-
2005 1"=500' de-sac on Transportation Court.
Surrounding Area: Transportation Court had been constructed.
Parcel 2 (of the larger APN located south of Parcel 1 and west of
Parcel 3) appeared vacant with the exception of what appeared to be
a retention basin on the eastern portion. Vacant land and a truck
parking lot adjoined the Site to the north. The remaining surrounding
areas appeared generally the same as on the 1993 aerial
photographs.
Site: The Site appeared to be developed with the existing Site
buildings. The small shed-like structure (or canopy), ASTs, and
structure near the cul-de-sac were no longer apparent. The present-
2006 day fueling area was apparent.
20091"=500'
Area: Transportation Court had been constructed.
2010 -500 Parcel 2 (of the larger APN located south of Parcel 1 and west of
2012 Parcel 3) appeared vacant with the exception of what appeared to be
a retention basin on the eastern portion. Truck parking was apparent
in 2006 on this parcel. Vacant land and a truck parking lot adjoined
the Site to the north. The remaining surrounding areas appeared
generally the same as on the 1993 and 2005 aerial photographs.
Note: Aerial photographs only provide information concerning indications of land use, and no conclusions
regarding the release of hazardous substances or petroleum products can be drawn from the review of photographs
alone.
Based on a review of historical aerial photographs, the use of the Site for industrial purposes
since at least 2005 was considered a potential environmental concern. Further discussion of
Site activities and the potential for these activities to represent a REC, is presented throughout
this report.
20172543.001A/STO16R49461 Page 30 of 54 November 2, 2016
0 2016 Kleinfelder www.kleinfelder.com
