In summary, the property to the north of the Site (9966 South <br /> Harlan Road) appears to have been residential from at least 1975 through 1995. The property <br /> to the south of the Site (10500 South Harlan Road) was occupied by McGaw Co, McGaw Co <br /> Plant in 1975, and Granite Construction in 1980, 1985 and 1990. By 2003, this address did not <br /> have a listed occupant. <br /> 5.4 HISTORICAL TOPOGRAPHIC MAP REVIEW <br /> Kleinfelder obtained information regarding historical topographic maps of the Site vicinity from <br /> EDR (2016e).
