The following sections highlight information revealed during the interviews. 7.1 INTERVIEW WITH CLIENT/OWNER/MANAGER Kleinfelder submitted a questionnaire to the Client for information pertaining to the Site. The completed questionnaire was returned, although the name of the person who completed it was not listed. The questionnaire indicated that the Delta Truck Center occupies the Site. Addresses associated with the Delta Truck Center were indicated to be 101 East Transportation Court and 10182 South Harlan Road (Parcel 1), and 161 East Transportation Court (Parcel 3). Parcel 2, which is located offsite to the south of Parcel 1 and west of a portion of Parcel 3, was indicated to be associated with the street address 100 East Transportation Court. Parcel 1 Questions answered in the questionnaire were indicated to pertain only to Parcel 1 of the Site. Parcel 1 was indicated to be a motor repair facility for the repair of #2 diesel engines. The facility maintains several ASTs, including a 500-gallon new oil AST, 1,000-gallon used oil AST, and 405-gallon used anti-freeze AST. Approximately 30 to 40 used batteries are stored on Site on an on-going basis, and are reportedly picked up weekly. A body shop is located in the building. Approximately 25 to 30 gallons of paint are stored in the body shop. Absorbent materials are used in the event incidental spills occur on the Site, and hazardous wastes are disposed offsite by Asbury Environmental, a certified waste hauler. The Site is not serviced by a private or non-public water system. No oil/gas wells are located on the Site. The Site contains a septic tank located east of the driveway entrance and the leach field associated with this septic system is located in the east and west lawn areas.
