SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> ANAYA PROPERTY <br /> " 16848 NORTH TULLY ROAD <br /> LODI, CALIFORNIA 95240 <br /> SJC APPLICATION NUMBER: PA-04-476 (MS) <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Mr. Miguel Anaya of Lodi to conduct a soil suitability study for the <br /> property at 16848 North Tully Road,Lodi,California. <br /> 60. V The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Department. A major element of the field <br /> 60 work included conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by <br /> San Joaquin County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> 1,. In addition to conducting the percolation tests,a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps,and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> ` 1 1.1 Site Description <br /> •- The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for the Site is 053-030-10. This parcel is approximately 80 <br /> acres in size (Plate 1).The site is located on the northwest corner of Tully Road and Sargent Road in <br /> Lodi,California. The county application number is PA-04-476 (MS). There are currently no <br /> �• structures,wells or septic systems on the property.
