June 8, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06036A <br /> iThe elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is about <br /> ` 90 to 100 feet above mean sea level. The land is relatively flat with an indeterminate slope gradient. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG- <br /> 40. The AG-40 zone is general agriculture, minimum parcel size 40 acres. This zoning designation <br /> "is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture <br /> enterprises" (WWW.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2006). <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> According to the tentative map from John Shoup Surveying,Lodi, the proposed development is to <br /> split the approximately 80 acres into two 40-acre parcels. It is proposed that eventually two <br /> residences will be built on each parcel. (Site Map,Plate 1). <br /> 1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> 1.4 Site Map <br /> A site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. <br /> 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> r 2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> According to John Shoup, the land is currently vacant and is used for pasture land. The past use of <br /> the land was most likely pasture. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> According to John Shoup, no structures exist on the property. No septic systems are located on the <br /> property, and no septic permits were found for the site during file review on May 8, 2006. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No septic permits were found during file review at EHD on May 8, 2006. <br /> 2 <br />
