The frontage improvements for Tully Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way collector residential roadway. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner <br /> of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A 5410.00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a <br /> copy of the Grant Deed, a legal description of Parcel 4 and an estimate: The estimate and <br /> legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public <br /> Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of S 175.00.) (The fee <br /> due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 3. The frontage improvements for Elm Street shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for a 50-foot right-of-way local residential street. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 4. Dedication shall be required to result in a 50-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> southeastern end of Elm Street to the proposed cul-de-sac. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications <br /> shall include a grading plan for each individual lot, if applicable. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to approval'of the Parcel Map, <br /> the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin ensuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one year after filing the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3 U]) <br /> 7. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 8. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works.
