A community retention pond/terminal-drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 11. Annexation of the development into County Service Area 45 (Lockeford Bluffs) shall be <br /> required prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. Processing of this annexation shall be <br /> done through LAFCO. (Bruce Barracco 468-3198) The applicant shall be responsible for <br /> all applicable processing fees. <br /> 12. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control <br /> Devices and San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement <br /> plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 13. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision along Elm Street. Annexation of the <br /> development into Lockeford Public Highway Lighting District shall be required prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. The applicant shall be responsible for all applicable <br /> processing fees. <br /> 14.
