Turner Road APN: 015-050-15 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The approach at Turner Road shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$185.21 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Manufacturing in the Lodi area.
