The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a fifty (50) <br /> foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of the private road to the property line across the parcel's <br /> frontage. (A$385.00 fee is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a <br /> copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.) The estimate shall be <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. As an option,the Department of Public Works will Prepare <br /> the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of$175.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee <br /> schedule.)
