The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a fifty (50) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of the private road to the property line across the parcel's frontage. (A$385.00 fee is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.) (The fee due- will be based on the current fee schedule.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) 5. The frontage improvement for the private road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a fifty(50) foot right-of-way Rural Residential street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. The estimate shall be prepared by a registered civil engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works for approval.
