We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made
the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we
determined that there are a minimum of 38 septic systems per square mile in the immediate
vicinity of the Site.
3.5 Septic and Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity
The following septic system and repair permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during
file review at EHD on July 21, 2004:
3
