Portions <br /> of the Site have been vineyard since 1889. <br /> Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> Existing Septic System <br /> No septic systems are located on the Site. <br /> Proposed Septic System <br /> According to Mr. Burns, no new construction is planned for the Site at this time. <br /> However, County regulations permit a primary residence and second dwelling unit to be Oq) <br /> placed on each numbered parcel at some point in the future. Any new residences <br /> would utilize new septic systems. <br /> On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No permits related to septic systems for the Site address were identified at the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> (� Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> To estimate the existing septic system usage in the area, our office counted septic <br /> systems that exist within approximately one square mile surrounding the property. Air <br /> photo imagery from GoogleEarth"I was used. Each building cluster on the photo was 6,Lo <br /> assumed to have one septic system. Using this method, it is estimated that 17 or more <br /> septic systems per square mile are present in the vicinity of the Site. <br /> The general area primarily consists of vineyards and rural residences. <br /> Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Based on a recent review of septic permits -on file at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department for nearby properties, the septic systems in the area <br /> utilize leach lines or leach lines- and sumps.
