Turner Road, Lodi, California 95242. The project is in a rural community, and is zoned <br /> AU-20. The project parcel numbers are 025-110-04, 09. <br /> Description of proposed development. The purpose of this project is to create four parcels and a <br /> "Designated Remainder" parcel. <br /> 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Chester Murphy of Foothill Resources Partners, LLC, purchased the <br /> property in 2010. Previously it was owned by FLP Properties. The past and present uses have <br /> been rural residential and agriculture. There are no plans to change the usage at this time. <br /> 3.4 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> four parcels and a "Designated Remainder" parcel. The Moines, as shown on the Tentative Map, <br /> already have septic systems with leach litres installed. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed three permit for this <br /> parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: (See Appendix) <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing;Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage faits. <br /> (See permits in Appendix.) <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1972 to 2008. (Copies of permits are in appendix.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Septic systems tanks In this <br /> area reveals that the leach lines, seepage pits,filter beds and sumps are common. T here is some <br /> history of repair. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.7 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum (including second unit dwellings)septic <br /> tank usage on site.
