Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with <br /> all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy <br /> and disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer shall <br /> prepare all documents. <br /> 2) An occupancy separation of 2 hour is required to separate the R-3 occupancy from the <br /> M S21F occupancy. <br /> 3) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance.
