No marketing events are <br /> being proposed with this application. (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER&APPLICANT: Patrick O'Neill <br /> ADDRESS: 663 W. Turner Road APN: 015-050-41 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Turner Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but not limited to fences,walls, <br /> private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.)(Development <br /> Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards Drawing No. R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit.
