The project is located adjacent to the west <br /> terminus of Clayton Avenue and West of Turnpike Road.; in Stockton. <br /> The project will not require any land conversion. San.loaquin County is a signatory to the San <br /> Joaquin County Multi-Species I-1Abitat Conservation and Open Space Plan(SJMSCP), and as <br /> such should condition the project applicant(s) to participate in the SJMSCP. <br /> Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal endangered <br /> species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA).
