Environmental Impact Report and Use <br /> Permit application to combine two existing landfill sites into one site and <br /> expand into an area between the two sites. Located on the«'est side of <br /> Austin Road, 1/2 mile north of Lynch Road, north of Manteca(APN: 181- <br /> 150-07, 09, and 10; 201-060-01, 02,03, and 05; Address: 9999 S. Austin <br /> Road, Manteca). <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Curt Fujii, Mike Caprio, Butch Stefani, and Kevin Basso, <br /> For«ard Inc.; Sangeeta Lewis, Lewis Engineering, and Mike Hakeem,were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that he wanted to make sure that the project description is correct,and that <br /> he would like to talk about the mitigation measures,and to discuss how to implement the project <br /> once the Planning Commission approves it. <br /> Mr. Martin asked if there were any issues on the project description,the Committee indicated that <br /> there-,vas not. <br /> Mr. Hakeem wanted to make sure that staff is still tracking the findings and that they will be in <br /> the staff report. <br /> Mr. Martin reviewed item f. (Mitigation Monitoring Program), and item G. (Mitigation Measures) <br /> 'of the Development Committee memo. Mr. Martin indicated that he would like to avoid <br /> changing the mitigation measures. Mr. Martin, Mr. Hakeem and the Committee discussed the <br /> Mitigation Monitoring Program,Mitigation Measures,and the conditions of approval. <br />
