The Site is relativelyAlat (Plate <br /> The San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site states that the <br /> Site is zoned AU-20, Agriculture-Urban Reserve with a minimum parcel size of 20 <br /> acres. This zoning designation "is intended to retain in agriculture those areas planned <br /> for future urban development in order to facilitate compact, orderly growth and to assure <br /> the proper timing and economical provision of services and utilities." <br /> Past Uses of the Site <br /> Based on historical aerial photographs reviewed, it appears that the Site has been used <br /> for agricultural purposes, including orchard and vineyard, since 1937 or earlier. <br /> 4 ; <br /> LOGE 1110 Page 1 <br />
