To the north, east, and west of the Site are residential and commercial subdivisions associated with"the City of Escalon. Septic Permit History in the Vicinity Based on a recent review of septic permits on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for nearby properties, the septic systems in the area a pear to utilize leach lines, filter beds, and sumps. The septic permits can be found in Appendix of this report.-- Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage Maximum expected septic usage on the Site would be from any future residential uses.
