Portions , <br /> of the City of Escalon which appear to have sewer connections were excluded from this <br /> analysis. <br /> The Site is located in a mixed-use area. To the South are orchards with rural <br /> residences. To the north, east, and west of the Site are residential and commercial <br /> subdivisions associated with"the City of Escalon. <br /> Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Based on a recent review of septic permits on file at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department for nearby properties, the septic systems in the area <br /> a pear to utilize leach lines, filter beds, and sumps. The septic permits can be found in <br /> Appendix of this report.-- <br /> Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br /> Maximum expected septic usage on the Site would be from any future residential uses. <br /> No construction is planned.
