PA-0500729 OF BANK OF <br /> STOCKTON (CIO OLIVERA FAMILY LIMITED PARTNER) (APN: 191- <br /> 1 070-16, -17, -18) (ADDRESS: 4028 W. UNDINE ROAD, STOCKTON) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for a poultry <br /> farm to be built in six years in six phases. Phase 1 includes a 5,200 square foot packing <br /> room and a 25,800 square foot lay house. Phases 2, 4, 5 & 6 include a 25,800 square <br /> foot lay house per phase. Phase 3 includes a 20,800 square foot egg processing <br /> plantloffice and a 25,800 square foot lay house. The property is zoned AG-80 (General <br /> Agriculture, 80 acre minimum) and has a General Plan designation of A/G (General <br /> Agriculture.) At the end of construction of Phase 6, the facility would house a maximum <br /> of 1 million birds. <br /> The project site is located approximately 3,250 feet south of W. Undine Road, <br /> approximately 5,050 feet west of S. Roberts, Road, north of Lathrop. <br /> This item has been referred to the Planning Commission due to neighborhood opposition <br /> I to the project. Eight letters from neighborhood residents have been received, along with <br /> letters in opposition from the City of Lathrop and the River Islands development. <br /> The Community Development Department has the following comments: <br /> Property Merger <br /> The proposed project is located on two parcels, with the lay houses and packing rooms <br /> located on APN 191-070-17 and the manure pond located on APN 191-070-16. Prior to <br /> issuance of any building permits for the project the applicant would be required to merge <br /> the two parcels. <br /> 1 <br />
