Martin <br /> SUBJECT: MS-96-28/Sa-96-69 Tentative Parcel Map & Site Approval for <br /> Almond Hulling Operation for Aldo Broccini.et.al, APN 243-120-01 <br /> Dear Chandler: <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District has reviewed the . <br /> application named above and requests that the following conditions of <br /> approval be adopted for this development <br /> 1 . The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to <br /> provide for the abandonment of service and the removal of <br /> irrigation structures for those parcels which will not continue <br /> to receive irrigation water. <br /> 2 . -If irrigation service is to continue to the newly created parcels <br /> the owner shall conform to the following requirements : <br /> a. Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of all <br /> parcels which do not have access to water and show said <br /> easement on map . If the easement cannot be dedicated with the <br /> map a note may be placed on the map adjacent to the proposed <br /> easement stating that "a minimum 20 foot wide private <br /> irrigation easement shall be conveyed across said parcel at <br /> the time of conveyance or transfer to new owners . Pipeline is <br /> to be installed at the expense of the recipient of the water.
