tl <br /> 1 <br /> b. Obtain a structure permit for new service structure <br /> connections to District facilities which are necessary to <br /> provide service to the new parcels . <br /> c. The design strength and diameter -of the proposed private <br /> pipelines and structures shall be adequate to handle standard <br /> delivery heads or flows for that area. <br /> 3 . The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all <br /> District facilities which may exist on subject property to serve <br /> as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded easements A <br /> that are present. All existing recorded or newly dedicated <br /> District easements shall be shown and identified on the survey <br /> map prior to its recording. <br /> 4 . Owner shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from District for <br /> fencing or any other proposed encroachments of District easements <br /> resulting from the proposed parcel split. <br /> 5. If a proposed homesite or building area is lower than adjacent <br /> irrigated property, a permanent berm or ditch will need to be <br /> constructed around the homesite parcel or building site, to <br /> prevent accidental flooding from irrigation water. - Property <br /> owner shall either verify field elevations or submit a written <br /> statement to District indicating that property in question is not <br /> subject to flooding from adjacent irrigated property or <br /> pipelines . Likewise, owner shall provide the District with a <br /> written statement or explanation if any of the above stated <br /> conditions do not pertain to the situation involving the proposed <br /> parcel map. <br /> 6.
