4 INTRODUCTIONIPROPOSED DEVELOPMENT The 80 acre parcel is to be divided into two parcels, Parcel 1 and Parcel 2. Parcel 1 is the west Parcel Parcel l is the easterly parcel. The development plans are not known by the undersigned.. The land is zoned AG-40.The land is located in Section 29 & 30, T 5 N R 5 E. Few residences or commercial activities exist in this area. The Mokelumne River is the northerly property line. PAST, PRESENT&FUTURE USES OF THE PARCEL The land is used for row crops and vineyards. The photographs are included. Photograph"C" shows the "ditch"along the south property line. Other photographs show current grape vineyard 64 , 0 4 and row crop areas. The 1952 and subsequent photos, show the agricultural use of the land. IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST, CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION The following sources were used to research and investigate the potential or known above and C3 f y below ground sources of contamination at the site or within the study area. 1. EDR(Environmental Data Resources). 2. CVRWQCB (Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board) 3. Environmental Questionnaire (Owner) 4. Field investiga 'on at and near the site. 5. SJC Ag. Commissioner Report The EDR Radius Map with Geo-Check states the target property was not listed in any of the databases searched by EDR. No mapped sites were found in EDR's search of available Z,_ 3 �� ("reasonably ascertainable)government records either on the target property or within the 61 search radius around the target property for the databases researched. The databases searched also include State and Local Records and Tribal Records. The EDR documents contain Aerial Photographs for the years 1952, 1957, 1963, 1971, 1984, 1993; and 1998. The topographic maps are included for the following years 1910, 1947, 1952,1953, 1968,1975, 1978 an 1980. The 00 contour(sea level)runs thru the south portion of the parcel. Irrigation is by pumping from the river. 1.
