5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> This finding can be made because the proposed use will not interfere with nor alter the <br /> current land uses on adjacent properties. The nearest residence is located over 118 feet <br /> west of the project site. The masonry wall requirement, as a Condition of Approval, will <br /> provide adequate screening to the nearest residence. The parcel to the south is used for <br /> agriculture, and the parcel to the west is used for agriculture and contains an existing <br /> residence.
