Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> remainder parcel under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> remainder parcel under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAOUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT• <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The developer shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and <br /> the removal of irrigation structures for Parcel 1 . <br /> b.
