UP-01-01 OF ESCALON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (C/O ESCALON CONSOLIDATED FIRE DISTRICT) The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use Permit Application to construct a 3,500 square foot unmanned fire station for the purpose of storing three fire trucks. Escalon Fire District is leasing a 1.3 acre (56,250 square feet) portion of a 9.5 acre parcel of property owned by the Escalon Unified School District. The project is located on the north side of State Route 120, 1,200 feet east of Van Allen Road, west of Escalon. The Community Development Department has reviewed this application and will be recommending that it be approved by the Planning Commission on March 15, 2001 with the following Conditions of Approval. Use Permit Application No. UP-01-01 was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on ,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
