UP-01-01 OF ESCALON UNIFIED <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT (C/O ESCALON CONSOLIDATED FIRE DISTRICT) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use Permit Application to construct a <br /> 3,500 square foot unmanned fire station for the purpose of storing three fire trucks. <br /> Escalon Fire District is leasing a 1.3 acre (56,250 square feet) portion of a 9.5 acre <br /> parcel of property owned by the Escalon Unified School District. <br /> The project is located on the north side of State Route 120, 1,200 feet east of Van Allen <br /> Road, west of Escalon. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this application and will be <br /> recommending that it be approved by the Planning Commission on March 15, 2001 with <br /> the following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-01-01 was approved by the Planning Commission on <br /> . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on ,which is 18 months <br /> from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and <br /> remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
