PA-02-06 (SA) <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> D. Environmental Health Department will require the installation of 3 monitoring wells to be <br /> installed underP ermit and inspection. The wells installation will need to <br /> reflect at least one <br /> well up-gradient and 2 wells down-gradient of the underlying aquifer. Yearly monitoring for <br /> nitrate levels will be required and'the results to be submitted to Environmental Health <br /> Department. A review fee of S 178.00 annually will need to be submitted to Environmental <br /> Health Department per the Board of Supervisors Resolution 90-620. <br /> E. All liquid and solid poultry wastes from this operation are to be retained on the premises so <br /> as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, <br /> Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). <br /> F. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, <br /> Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> G. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br />
