'in addition, the Planning <br /> Commission approved a six-month Time Extension for PA-02-6. This approval will expire on June <br /> 29, 2004, the new expiration date, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have-been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits_. <br /> from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. ;, C. <br /> s <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the,building permit <br /> application. (Section 7-1000"ofithe County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new improvements shall be <br /> retained on the site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements'shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan.
