Phase 1 includes the construction of ground mount <br /> solar panels encompassing 1.0-acre of the existing 10.0-acres parcel.Phase 2 includes an expansion <br /> of ground mount solar panels to encompass a total of 2.0-acres. This is an unmanned facility. The <br /> project site will include a switchyard to connect to existing transmission lines to the ground mount <br /> units; located on the north side of Verigin Road approximately one-quarter mile east of State Route <br /> 99 E. Frontage Road,north of Manteca. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way.
