Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit,the driveway approach onto State Route 99 E.Frontage Road shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards Drawing No.R-17. All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit issuance. As an example,these requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials.
