<br /> Designed, installed and operated.soil and groundwater remediation systems for sites impacted
<br /> by leaking underground storage tanks. Groundwater treatment systems included air strippers,
<br /> l activated carbon vessels, air sparging tanks, aboveground bioreactors and associated
<br /> equipment. Soil remediation design included excavation and disposal, bioremediation, soil
<br /> vapor extraction and associated equipment. Air pollution control equipment included thermal
<br /> i oxidizers and activated carbon vessels. Worked with County Environmental Health
<br /> i Departments, Regional Water Quality Control Boards, Air Pollution Control Districts and
<br /> other regulatory agencies to permit treatment systems and ensure compliance. Prepared
<br /> Contractor Bid Documents, Remedial Action Plans and Quarterly Monitoring/Remedial
<br /> Action Status Reports.

<br /> Performed entire scope of environmental site assessments from initial client contact to final
<br /> report preparation. Prepared cost estimates and proposals. Conducted site inspections and
<br /> adjacent site use surveys, interviewed current and former site owners and occupants,
<br /> reconstructed site histories, reviewed regulatory agency contaminated site lists and site
<br /> records, evaluated data to determine environmental conditions of site, made
<br /> I recommendations for no further action or additional investigation, as needed.

<br /> containers, waste oil, wastewater, contaminated soil, heavy metals, lab packs, caustics, acids,
<br /> pesticides, etc. Arranged for packaging,•transportation and disposal including labeling and
<br /> manifests. ;
<br /> • Site assessments, contaminated site characterization and remedial action plans including

<br /> locating underground storage tanks, identification of boring locations, supervising boring
<br /> drilling, soil vapor surveys for preliminary screening, soil sampling, groundwater sampling,

<br /> • Complete environmental audits identifying areas of concern and items requiring immediate

<br /> practices, sewer discharges, underground storage tanks, air emissions, environmental permits,
<br /> hazard communication programs, business plans, emergency response plans and hazardous
