On May 31, 2001 Donna Thomas indicated by telephone that there are no <br /> 1 records for the subject property address. <br /> i <br /> In addition, PEM requested records from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division in writing on July 3, 2001. On July 16, 2001 Tamy Lowe <br /> indicated by telephone that there are no records for the subject property address. <br /> I <br /> 4.3.6 Local Street Directories <br /> PEM reviewed available Haines city directories in person at the Stockton Library on June 13, <br /> 2001. W. Vernalis Road was listed in the following years but did not include the subject property <br /> address: 1971, 1975, 1980, 1986, 1990. In 1995, the subject property address was listed as <br /> Zeferino Martinez — residence. In 2000, the subject property address was listed but did not <br /> include any additional information (xxxx). <br /> 4.3.7 Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps <br /> Fill <br /> PEM requested copies of all available Sanborn maps directly from Environmental Data j <br /> Resources. Pursuant to the results of EDR's search of Sanborn fire insurance maps dated June <br /> F! 13, 2001, no coverage for the subject property was identified. A copy of EDR's Sanborn Map <br /> report is contained in Appendix D. <br /> F4.3.8 Interviews <br /> • Mr. Surjit Toor, current property owner and key site manager, was contacted with regard to <br /> F property information and existing environmental reports. Mr. Toor indicated that to his <br /> knowledge, there are no existing environmental reports. A copy of the environmental <br /> questionnaire completed by Mr. Toor is contained in Appendix A. Usefull information provided <br /> F, by the questionnaire is included in this report where appropriate. <br /> • Mr. Robert McClellan, a Registered Environmental Health Specialist with the San Joaquin <br /> F County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division was contacted by telephone on <br /> July 3, 2001. Mr. McClellan indicated that there are no general soil sampling requirements for <br /> agricultural properties that are subdivided. Mr. McClellan indicated that site specific <br /> requirements are determined based upon the review of site-specific environmental reports. <br /> f 5.0 INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> 1 <br /> Observations of current uses and conditions of the subject property were made by PEM on June <br /> 6, 2001. Observations made during the site reconnaissance include: <br /> • The subject property is currently fallow agricultural land — almond orchards were recently <br /> removed from the property. <br />
