A copy of <br /> Permit Number 6702 for this site is included as Attachment A. I <br /> understand that information regarding the water supply at this <br /> location already has been provided to your office by the property <br /> owner_ <br /> Following paragraphs and enclosures provide information to <br /> respond to the 5 questions ( items ) set forth in CHAPTER 2 . SEWAGE <br /> DISPOSAL . , Section 9-10100 STANDARD PROVISIONS , Subpart !c ) , <br /> "Suitability of an Area for Septic Tank Usage" .
