The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been <br /> paid for the proposed subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred i <br /> until building permit application with this statement 'Payment for the Right of Service Uriits will be required <br /> at the time of building permit application" noticed on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 5. Payment of 0.69 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing Parcel's capacity to 2.00 units shall be paid to the <br /> County prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 7. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check,field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> recording the Parcel Map.
