Development Committee -3- <br /> SA-94-22 <br /> d. Temporary boat storage shall only be permitted within the <br /> designated areas shown on the approved Site Plan. The <br /> temporary boat storage areas shall be enclosed by a seven <br /> (7) foot high wooden fence. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1022 .4 (d) ) The maximum height for storage within <br /> thirty (3 0) feet of the west property line of the subject <br /> parcel shall be seven (7) feet. A minimum aisle width of <br /> twenty-four (24) feet, or as required by the Delta Fire <br /> District, shall be maintained in the boat storage area. <br /> Screening and aisle details and designated temporary <br /> storage areas shall be included on the Improvement Plan <br /> and installed within ninety (90) days of the effective <br /> date of the approval and before approval of the Business <br /> License and issuance of the Final Certificate of <br /> Occupancy. <br /> e. A minimum of seven (7) automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> required for the approved boat facility and one (1) <br /> automobile parking space shall be required for the <br /> caretaker mobile home. The size and location of the <br /> parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements <br /> of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. The parking spaces <br /> shall be installed within ninety (90) days of the <br /> effective date of the approval and before approval of the <br /> Business License and issuance of the Final Certificate of <br /> Occupancy. <br /> f. A maximum of two (2) advertising signs shall be permitted <br /> for the approved use; only one of which may be a <br /> freestanding sign. Existing and proposed sign details <br /> shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the <br /> Development Title and be included on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> g. The caretaker mobile home shall comply with the <br /> development requirements contained in Section 9-893 .5 of <br /> the Development Title. A Building Permit application for <br /> the installation of the caretaker mobile home shall be <br /> submitted to the Building Inspection Division within <br /> thirty (30) days of the effective date of the approval. <br /> All other permits required for the installation of the <br /> caretaker mobile home shall be submitted to the <br /> responsible agencies within thirty (30) days of the <br /> effective date of the approval. <br />
