HAZARDOUS WASTE: If hazardous waste is generated, the applicant must obtain an <br /> EPA identification number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> d. FLOOR DRAINS: If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material <br /> collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> 4.
