3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Staff Contact: Hector Castro, 4683854) <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), which <br /> indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. A review fee of$156.00 is required at the time of submittal <br /> to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water <br /> treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 is <br /> required for each percolation hole. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemicals dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded to that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> d. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: (Staff Contact: David <br /> J. Stagnero, 545-7000) <br /> a. The project shall be subject to the provisions of the District's Regulation VIII (Fugitive Dust <br /> Prohibitions). <br /> b. The project may be subject to the provisions of the District's Rule 8060 (Paved and <br /> Unpaved Roads). <br /> C. The project shall take measures to reduce the amount of ozone precursors that will result <br /> from the construction of this project. <br /> 5. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: (Staff Contact: Sam Bologna. 8233101) <br /> a. The property owner shall submit a site plan to the District that provides specific details <br /> for the proposed drainage of the project site and verifies field elevations. Also, provide <br /> a foundation elevation plan of the farm office building.
