SA-95-06 OF LELAND COULTER <br /> (C/O VIRGINIA SUKA) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is a Site Approval application for a boat hauling/minor <br /> marina repair/boat storage business and a caretaker mobile home for <br /> the owner of the property. The applicant has proposed that all <br /> repairs take place within the existing building on the site, a <br /> maximum of fifteen boats be permitted on the site at any time, and <br /> boats in transit be kept on the site for no more than thirty days. <br /> In addition, the application states that there will be no repairs <br /> on the site by boat owners and that there will be no "live <br /> aboards. " The subject parcel is located on the north side of <br /> Walnut Grove Road, 1300 feet east of Vail Road, west of Thornton. <br /> The facility is proposed to be served by on-site water and sewage <br /> disposal systems, with natural storm water drainage. <br /> The Development Services Division tentatively intends to recommend <br /> to the Planning Commission that the project be approved, subject to <br /> the following tentative Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements.
