3 <br /> Development Committee <br /> SA-95-06 <br /> Page 3 <br /> the reviewing agencies and prior to formally initiating <br /> the use, the applicant will be notified by the <br /> Development Services Division of the maximum number of <br /> boats that may be temporarily stored on the site. That <br /> number may only be exceeded following an approved appeal <br /> of that decision or by the approval of a Revisions of <br /> Approved Actions application. <br /> f. BUSINESS LICENSE. The applicant shall submit a Business <br /> License application for the approved within ten (10) days <br /> of the effective date of the approval. <br /> g. TRASH ENCLOSURE. Any outdoor trash bins shall either be <br /> kept in an enclosure with solid masonry walls on three <br /> sides and gated on the fourth side or be kept within the <br /> designated temporary boat storage area. Details shall be <br /> included on the Site Plan. <br /> h. LIGHTING. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be <br /> installed according to the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 1015 . 5{g} of the Development Title. All lighting shall <br /> be designed to confine direct rays to the premises . No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted, <br /> except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> Lighting details shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> i. PARKING. Off-street parking shall be provided and comply <br /> with the following: <br /> All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free <br /> surface. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> Parking shall be provided as follows : two spaces for <br /> each 2, 000-square-feet of building used for marine <br /> repair, one space for each 1, 000-square feet of building <br /> used for office, and one space for the caretaker mobile <br /> home. The size and location of the parking spaces shall <br /> be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of <br /> the Development Title. Parking calculations and details <br /> shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> j . SIGNAGE. A maximum of two (2) advertising signs shall be <br />
