That <br /> number may only be exceeded following an approved appeal <br /> of that decision or by the approval of a Revisions of <br /> Approved Actions application. <br /> f. BUSINESS LICENSE. The applicant shall submit a Business <br /> License application for the approved within ten (10) days <br /> of the effective date of the approval. <br /> g. TRASH ENCLOSURE. Any outdoor trash bins shall either be <br /> kept in an enclosure with solid masonry walls on three <br /> sides and gated on the fourth side or be kept within the <br /> designated temporary boat storage area. PARKING. Off-street parking shall be provided and comply <br /> with the following: <br /> All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free <br /> surface. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties.
