An Improvement Plan,prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> Storm drainage run-off and retention pond capacity <br /> calculations shall be submitted to the Department of Public f <br /> Works for approval. <br /> C. Public Water service shall be required. Permits from the <br /> Building Inspection. Division and Utility Maintenance Division <br /> for connecting to County Service Area #12 water line shall be <br /> required. <br /> d. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> k <br /> i <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of . the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $4 , 512 . 00 + <br /> per 1., 000 gross square feet of building as "Retail/Service" <br /> in the Thornton area.
