A soil suitability. study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin county Development code must be performed prior <br /> to submission of improvement plans indicating that the area j <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. Submit plans for approval by the.Environmental Health Division <br /> for or a sewage disposal system for the entire development. , <br /> The plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number j <br /> of employees and the average daily flow the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for that the leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain, any <br /> underground utility lines.
