Identification signs for the parking space (s) , including <br /> the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at each entrance <br /> or be visible from. each space. <br /> 3 . The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed. 1/4 <br /> inch per foot. <br /> C. Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year flood <br /> zone, unless the modifications are less that 50% of structures <br /> value. <br /> 5. THORNTON FIRE DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval- <br /> a. <br /> roval:a. Secondary access to the property form Walnut Grove Road shall <br /> be provided.
