COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SP-93-1 PRE-APPLICATION <br /> 4 . Proof of legal use of the access road over Woodbridge <br /> Irrigation District canal shall be provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 5) <br /> 5. All interior streets shall be a minimum of 25 feet wide with no <br /> parking allowed and improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207, San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, & F-lc and the Thornton <br /> Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 6. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for <br /> the development. All utilities shall be underground except power transmission <br /> facilities of a 35 KV or greater.
