We cannot complete the review of the package for Barnyard RV <br /> and Business Complex due to lack of information. Please address the items <br /> mentioned below. <br /> A reclamation water management plan is needed. Information such as the <br /> irrigation season storage capacity required and the area available for <br /> irrigation should be further addressed. A water balance showing assumptions <br /> and including calculations should be included. <br /> A sludge management plan is also required. The actual accumulation of sludge <br /> during high flow season and low flow season should be estimated and method of <br /> disposal specified. <br /> Due to the high potential for public contact with the reclaimed water, all <br /> aspects of the California Title 22, under the disinfected tertiary reclaimed <br /> water, should be followed. For instance, equipment to provide coagulation <br /> prior to filtration should be provided in case it is needed if the reclaimed <br /> water has a turbidity greater than 5 NTU. <br /> In order to provide for reliable operation and maintenance of the facilities, <br /> we will require that a,.public entity oven and operate the facilities. You <br /> should contact San Joaquin County immediately. <br /> The California Environmental Quality Act process must be completed prior to <br /> Regional Board consideration of adoption of waste discharge requirement. We <br /> will need a draft EIR or Negative.
