SA-93-36 OF <br /> GERALD 6 LY RIM GUNTER <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to construct a 576- <br /> square foot tire repair shop and a 978-square-foot donut shop in a <br /> single building on a 6, 309-square-foot parcel located at the <br /> northeast corner of Filbert Avenue and Waterloo Road, in northeast <br /> Stockton. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval shall be for the construction of a 1, 554- <br /> square foot building to contain a tire repair shop and a <br /> donut shop. There shall be no dismantling, repair <br /> activities, or outdoor storage associated with this <br /> approval. The storage of inoperable vehicles or sale of <br /> auto parts shall not be permitted. <br />
