Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-36 <br /> 2 . Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading. Storm drainage shall be as required by the <br /> Department of Public Works and be consistent with Section <br /> 9-1135. 3{b) of the Development Title. A plan check fee <br /> will be required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 3 . The Improvement Plan shall show all existing and proposed <br /> surfaces. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete <br /> or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust- <br /> free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> 4 . The driveway on Waterloo Roadshall be a one-waminimum <br /> y ua or <br /> of <br /> sixteen (16) feet wide and posted <br /> increased to twenty-five (25) feet for two-way use. <br /> Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 51h} {1}) <br /> 5. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 6. A minimum of nine (9) automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> required for the approved use. The size and location of <br /> the parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title <br /> and be included on the Improvement Plan. There shall be <br /> no parking associated with the approved use on Filbert <br /> Avenue or Waterloo Road. <br /> 7 . A maximum of two (2) advertising signs shall be permitted <br /> for the approved use; only one of which may be a <br /> freestanding sign. Sign details shall be consistent with <br /> Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included <br /> on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 8. A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting <br /> ultimate right-of-way widths, shall be installed across <br /> the frontages of Filbert Avenue and Waterloo Road. The <br />
